This was the second vendor I tried. 1st vendor couldn't calculate the code (Samsung A21 on Simple Mobile), so refunded my money.
Unlock Base worked fine. The only "gotcha" was that I had to request further information on entering in the code, since the A21 wouldn't ask for it. I got a response within minutes and was on my way.
